I just don't have it!!! I am like falling asleep all day! man what I would give for a full nights sleep lol! The husband is BACK on 12 hours shifts but at least not on graveyard anymore. it's from 530 am til 530 pm so he is home by dinner time at least lol. I have been awake since 4 am and I am debating waking the girls up at 7 bathing them and going to my friends house until 12 pm Then gotta get dinner in the crock pot and clean the house before the husband gets home lol BOOM busy day. ready to take on the week and welcome the 180s hope everyone else is staying on track!

    unfortunately I can't sleep much cuz my baby :( I usually fall asleep fine but my baby wakes up a lot!

    Never sleep during the day if you don't sleep at night. My brother had a lot of anxiety problems and the meds he took messed with his sleeping. I read up on sleeping. The specialist said to wear a sleep mask and even earplugs if u dealt with noise. But having the room really dark was important. Never get out of bed during the night even if u lie awake all night, because if u do fall asleep u r in the bed. DON'T turn on the lights, play music or get up and eat. Take a warm bath before bed if that helps. Don't drink much before bed so u don't have to get up and use the bathroom. Drink plenty of water during the morning.
See a doctor and be checked for sleep apnea if that could be a problem. A woman I follow on YouTube didn't think she had it at 28, but since she was obese they checked her. Found she stopped breathing 68 times during the test. After she started using the C-PAP machine, she couldn't believe how refreshed she felt. She was amazed and felt good at work for the first time in years.
