I've gained four pounds but I do think a lot of it is water retention as I'm not drinking my water lately and intaking a lot more salt than I need to. So I'm back to label reading and backing off on the sodium. Back to cooking each meal unless it's a reduced sodium product. Just a little hurdle to overcome, it will be done :)

Keep at it. We all know how important our water intake is. But the good thing you realize what you need to do and are making those positive steps towards your goal.
Remember that we didn't get out of shape over night and we sure can't expect ourselves to be perfect every step of the way.
One positive step at time will get you to your goals though emoticon

It can be hard to control the sodium intake. I am still trying with that.

I notice too if I don't drink enough water. It really is part of the equation. Good luck getting back on track. You're also spot on that the body fluid levels go up and down and some of the yo-yo is inexplicable. emoticon

You are aware of the changes you need to make... that is the first step! emoticon
