Add it to the list

Monday, January 28, 2013

My friend who is getting married this year just updated her facebook status thus: Weight watchers starts tomoro! :-)

And suddenly I have another reason to add to my 'why I wan't to get healthy' list.
So that if anyone ever asks me to marry them, I will not have to make space in my to-do list or budget for the item "lose weight".

That's motivation right there...

You definitely won't ever have to line-item that! You're going to be healthy and amazing! (Not that you aren't already 'cause you totally are!)

When you are getting married there are soooo many things to do... Being in the right size will help you finding the right dress in no time!

Boy, that is the THRILL of maintenance. It is shocking not to think of that next event, or month to eventually lose weight We are either working on it or there, but we are not all about it.

yes, I too would rather get fit and healthy now and make it a lifetime thing then have the deadline of a wedding (although that would be super motivating). I have a feeling that I would not be able to stick with it long term and would get super disappointed if I did not reach my goal. keep on sparking!
