The last month has been a roller coaster for me. I get back up and something knocks me right back down. The important part is that I keep getting back up! I know I am capable of losing the weight, I just have to dig deep inside and pull out that inner warrior.
I am apart of a group of women and we support eachother in our weightloss goals. We use to meet for workouts once a week and we haven't been doing that lately. It seems that everyone has gotten busy and it has kind of tapered off. We still meet once a week but it is weigh in only and then we are kind of rushed out the door.
That is why I joined sparkpeople to feel that support again. I joined the spring into shape challenge and I'm only on day 2 but so far, so good. I am going to stick with this if it kills me. I need this weightloss for myself.
