I have a new goal of climbing the stairs in my building three times per week. Last week I made it twice after setting the goal. This is a new, full week so I know I can do it. Seven floors are a challenge, but I can now climb without using the rail except for now and then for balance. When I look back and see how far I've come in the past year it inspires me to go further.
