Reasons I want to lose weight.
Feel better in my own skin, row better, look nice in clothes and photos, hike farther, be healthy going forward
What do you want to change?
My relationship with food - it is not about denial it is about proper fueling
How do you want to look?
How do you want to feel?
healthy, stronger, confident
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
fit in the clothes hanging in the closet - so losign wieght is part of an overall effrot to declutter
And list all the OTHER things that you want to change!
less stuff cluttering up my life
more focus on critial aspects of my life and letting go of the rest
