The start of a new week.

We have weigh in on Thursday for the contest at work. This one determines who the winner is for January. I'm feeling pretty good but we have another person that has been really losing in previous weeks.

I'm tracking my food and water consistently, although I have had to guess on some things. I fixed sausage gravy yesterday with biscuits and it wasn't divided evenly between the 3 of us. I had 1 biscuit and about 1 cup of the gravy (made with milk and water). So I put down 2 biscuits (360 calories for the whole thing. Might have been a little low on the total calories but I stayed on the low side of the calorie range for the day. Hoping it balances out.

I'm all over the place on fitness minutes and need to become more consistent. I've been getting 1/2 mile (12-15 minutes) on the treadmill at work at least 4 days a week. The weather is improving so stopping by the track after work will be easier. However, today I might look like an idiot since we have rain in the forecast. I'm going anyway, with my umbrella. emoticon

So if you need a laugh, just imagine me in the rain with an umbrella walking the track. I'm sure it will be something to see.
