Where I need moderation

I need moderation with regard to evening snacking. I try to eat fairly well all day, but I find myself snacking when I get home and often after dinner. I'm not even hungry most of the time, so I feel it's more due to habit than need. I'll have to figure out a reward for myself when I don't snack in the evening. I'll post updates as I find my way.

    Raises hand. Fellow night time snacker. I started leaving room in my calories for the day just so I could snack. I'm doing better now. Everyone says brush your teeth but it seemed so simplistic so I never tried it. And then one day I thought, what the heck, it can't hurt. And what do you know, it really does help.
