I missed a few days of blogging, mainly because I wasn't doing the things I know I should be doing.
I have been reading You on a Diet, by Dr Oz. A lot of what he says in the book makes sense. We have to get our bodies to work with us instead of against us. I am not done reading the book yet, but I want to try to apply some of those principles to this journey.
I don't want to feel deprived or have these terrible cravings like I do. Right now, I know the cravings are all hormone related. That knowledge doesn't make the cravings easier to resist.
Today's goal is clean eating.
