For this week I did a weigh in. From the last weigh in I lost about 3 lbs (from 225.5 lbs to 222.7 lbs). The last weigh in was not really accurate though, I weighed myself in the evening... The second one is accurate though, weighed myself this morning. I finally figured out how to use my mom's scale as well (for weigh ins). :)
Eating has been ok, keep on lowering my sugar intake. I thought I did stop drinking soda but then yesterday and the day before, my sister and I ended up buying soda. X( I am slowly increasing my water intake each day... the day before yesterday I drank three glasses of water. It was good. :) My mom and sister said they liked it too. ^_^ Might make it again soon maybe... :)
Exercising has been good. :) Went to the park with a couple people including my sister, and we played frisbee golf yesterday. I jogged several times when going to pick up the disk as well. :) Several times during last week (I think), I took several walk/jogs (some of them were just walks though because I went for a walk right after lunch/dinner).
