Breakfast:
Juiced: Beet, 2 apples, ginger, lemon = 200 (and warmed it up.... tasted like apple cider! My favourite so far!)

AM snack:
Whole wheat pita (120), 1 egg (70), goat cheese (50), lettuce
Water
Coffee, 1/3 c almond milk (10)
= 250

Lunch:
Brown rice, cumin, peas; homemade mung dal with cauliflower (525)
Water

PM snacks:
Americano, soymilk (25)
Lara bar (210)
3 dates (70)
Oreo (55)
= 360

Dinner:
Juiced: 1/2 beet, 1 apple, ginger, lemon = 100
Whole wheat pita (120), 1 egg (70), goat cheese (50), lettuce, 1 tsp oil (40) = 280
Water
= 380

PM snacks:
Skor bar - savoured it! (200)
Popcorn (100)
Decaf coffee

Calories: 2015/2000 (not bad..... tried really hard. tomorrow will be more difficult as i am going to be exercising much more, and am working for 16 hours....)
Exercise: 45 min walk
