My new favorite thing is my stability ball. After spending what seemed like a lifetime blowing the stinkin' thing up, I am enjoying learning how to use it. I also like to sit on it when I'm at the computer. I find that my posture is a lot better than when I am in a chair.
This morning we have been having sleet and freezing rain, so school was cancelled (what a nice thing to happen on a Monday!). I decided that I have been way too lazy lately, so I got my butt in gear and did an Amy Dixon workout video with some cardio and yoga, then some stability ball and dumbbell ST. Every time I work out like that, I think, "This is so awesome! Why don't I do this all the time?" I'll try to remember that feeling and tap into it the next time I feel like being a slug. I have about 60 more minutes of fitness to do by Thursday to get my 500 minutes in for this month. SP trophy, here I come!
