Hello! It's a new week, and I'm starting this one pretty well too. I got up on time, had a healthy breakfast, went to kids west, and I went straight to the gym after. I finally started the 5K Rookie Running Challenge, and that felt good. I'm just finishing a snack, and I had some cheez-its and a pear. I think I'll have a cup of tea as well. Max, Ben, and I are having lunch at Java Joe's, so maybe I'll check their menu online before I go so I can make sure I order something healthy. Feeling good today! Didn't lose weight, but I made some bad choices last week. This week I can definitely do better.
