Today was monthly weight in time, and I am grinning from ear to ear. I have a total monthly loss of 8 lbs. 4. 6 I gained in 2 days at Christmas and 3.5 lbs of new weight.
Faulty thinking is when you gain during the holidays and think you might as well eat more because you had a couple bad days of eating. If you simply get back on track to your regularly scheduled program, there is no issue. So you enjoyed yourself during the holidays, don't let it ruin your whole year!
When we falter, we simply have to say, "What is done is done" and make sure to correct yourself to work toward your goals.
Upon arriving from the holiday at my parent's, I began my normal nutrition plan and my hour to one and a half hours of fitness in my home gym.
We will all have those times when we screwed up with what we wanted to do versus what our body needed.
We must follow those bad days with days that serve us well because we only have one life we were blessed with.
