If I Only Do One Positive Thing Today...

Monday, January 28, 2013

...I'll remind myself of how far I've come, how miserable I was and how close I was to having a failed liver.

...I can now strut across the stage in a low cut dress, run for 15 minutes straight on the treadmill and walk into my doctor's office knowing that my liver is now in tip top shape.

I'm proud, no matter how fat I feel today. I HAVE lost 100lbs and I HAVE changed my life for the BETTER.

I read on your info page that you went from a size 22 to a large. That is quite an accomplishment. Your photos look terrific. Everyone keeps pushing for each other. Keep up the good work. I'm so excited for you.

This journey sure ain't easy but it sure is worth it and so are you! We all experience lagging motivation from time to time and I think that's okay. Sometimes we all need a little break. Get back on that horse and go back to doing the things that made you successful in the first place. You're beautiful, you're strong and you can do it!
