This past week was a busy week for a few different reasons. It began with me dealing with my grandmothers hopitalization (she's doing better) and it ended with my daughters birthday party.
I lost 0.7 lbs this week, not as much as I would've liked to, but at least the scale went the right way. I was able to work out at the beginning of the week, but not later in the week. I did indulge a little over the weekend at the party, but still limited myself. I did have pizza and cake and even a glass of wine (I needed that, I had screaming girls here!!). I don't feel guilty and I am back on track today.
Today is a snow day for my kids and it is my daughters birthday so I will hang out with the kids. I did get my workout in already today so I can be with the kids.
I almost forgot, my son has lost 0.9 lbs this week. I'm so proud of him!!
This week I plan to continue to try new things that I have been finding on Pinterest (I really love that site) and do the best that I can do.
