So my first goal in this is to set up an exercise planner and food diary as well. I am using Sparkpeople's meal plan to print off grocery lists and buy food for the week. I have a HUGE sweet tooth, so this may be a little difficult at first, but I do notice when I exercise, my cravings for sweets goes away. I have plenty of exercises (elliptical, Couch 2 5K, P90X, cycling classes, rollerblading and strength training) now I just need to wake up in the morning :)
I like to work out in the morning, 6 years of being in the military has made me a morning workout person, unfortunately, I like sleeping too, so it's a constant battle.
So, here goes :)
