I have recently decided to make a couple changes. Mostly - except for right now - i'm not getting on the internet on my work computer. No sparking, no emailing, just focus focus focus.
That led to some other things needing to change, like leaving some of the challenges i'd been a part of. I also figured one of my hardest things is tracking food, so if i saved some of my spark time for me, vs challenge related, that would be best for me!
So my big this is getting back to tracking and knowing what is going into my gullet! The hubby and i have vowed to get in at least 3 days a week!
I'm looking forward to a successful 2013 and not being the one in yoga that could be the pregnant one the teacher is talking about cause my belly is hanging out!
