OK, I was so good last week. Watched every forkfull of food and logged it faithfully. Stayed within my calorie range. Exercised like a fiend. Four days of strength. And cardio every day. Lots and lots of cardio. Haven't touched a drop of alcohol. Not even a sip of wine.
And I lost...wait for it...drum roll please...A HALF A POUND. A half a pound!
I've always said if it really was strictly calories in/calories out I would be a bleeping size 6.
I know a small loss is better than no loss. I know that I may have a big drop next week. And, yes I do intend to stay with the program. But right now I am indulging in a small pity party. I will be my usual chipper self by this afternoon, I promise!
