Grrrrrrr!

OK, I was so good last week. Watched every forkfull of food and logged it faithfully. Stayed within my calorie range. Exercised like a fiend. Four days of strength. And cardio every day. Lots and lots of cardio. Haven't touched a drop of alcohol. Not even a sip of wine.

And I lost...wait for it...drum roll please...A HALF A POUND. A half a pound!

I've always said if it really was strictly calories in/calories out I would be a bleeping size 6.

I know a small loss is better than no loss. I know that I may have a big drop next week. And, yes I do intend to stay with the program. But right now I am indulging in a small pity party. I will be my usual chipper self by this afternoon, I promise!

    A half pound is better than the alternative. You're doing the work, the body will just catch up! Positive waves!

    Congrats on the loss, but are you tracking your food on a log somewhere?

Sometimes it can help to see the numbers via nutrition instead of calories. It is calories in and out, but the right ones and sometimes you have to increase to lose if your workouts are strong.

    hmmmm....
I know it can be very frustrating but even 1/2 lb a week loss would be 26 lbs by next Christmas.
