Rested up

This weekend I just took off and to be honest sort of was a lazy butt. Which was great, cause I found that even while being a lazy butt I wasn't being all that lazy. Saturday didn't really do much, some chores and stuff, went out with friends. We arrived at the place a little early so I found myself walking up and down the sidewalk instead of sitting at the bar. Then yesterday we went to this convention in town and boy was it was walk. It was just such a big thing, not really a tiring walk. But with all the people and such it was a good little walk around for several hours.
I are fairly well, I did splurge a little bit but nothing damaging, nothing that I even felt bad for. That was an awesome feeling. It was more like I ate a little more on Saturday mostly cause I was hungry. Not cause I was bored or had nothing else to do but because I was actually hungry. That was a sort of a neat feeling.
Last week I hit the gym every single day, five days in a row. By the end of the week I was tired, but that was cause a few things, but I put some of it up to the gym. Why? Cause I was fierce, I rocked it out. I did classes and weights, I did machines all on my own.
But I didn't decide something over the weekend cause my legs seemed tired not sore just way to tired by the time Friday's workout was finished. So much so that I struggled during the whole hour I was working out because my legs felt like jelly. I need to space better the things I'm doing. Last week I did Zumba two days in a row, with elliptical workouts, and then turbo kick with elliptical. That's on top of lifting weights with my arms and by legs. Followed by two days of elliptical and bike work outs. My arms weren't tired, my legs were jelly.
So this week I'm going to try something different. I'm going to cut out on the zumba's. Both of my Zumba classes are great but they are hard to do two days in a row because they are intense. I'm writing what I plan on doing so I'm more likely to stick to it. If nothing else to see if my legs do better.
Monday- Zumba and Elliptical
Tuesday-Elliptical and treadmill
Wednesday- Turbo Kick and Elliptical
Thursday- Elliptical and bike
Friday- Bike and ? (Not sure yet maybe stairs haven't picked yet)
Then the plan is to take off Saturday and then I have a 5k on Sunday before the Super Bowl. I'm excited about cause it's the first one of the year. I'm also nervous that I'm going to suck really bad at it. But then I remember I don't go for the time I just go to finish. So that's my plan for the week.
