Admit it. Seeing a weight gain/no lose on that scale is discouraging. That's how I felt when I got on the scale this week and saw I had gained 1lbs.
I can understand that my body is a complicated machine. That it is probably muscle which is heavier than fat. Maybe I had a little too much sodium last week. Or didn't log in food correctly. Could be PMS. I should go by how I feel and how my pants fit.
I get it. Really I do.
But no matter what I hear and know, a weight gain or no weight lost is pretty tough to take. Especially since I am so good with my workouts and tracking what I eat. So you will have to excuse my grumpiness for the time being. I can't give up. I am so close to losing 10lbs before the dress shopping day its almost annoying.
Just keep swimming.....
