Last week I cut out diet dew from my daily bad habits. I love the taste, but know that it isn't good for me...so i nixed it. I made it all week and gave myself (and my checkbook) a high five! I will continue the "no dew path" :)
This weeks' challenge is to not eat anything after dinner. I have this terrible tendency to "have a snack" which tends to grow and grow from about 7pm on. One little handful of jelly beans turns into half a bag! Or, everyone else is having an ice cream drumstick - so why shouldn't I? It needs to stop. It would be so much easier if the food wasn't in the house, but my husband insists he needs this "junk" for his lunch. I have threatened to just throw it out, but that is kind of mean. I exercise a minimum of 5 days/week and I throw it all away come the after dinner "snacking". So...starting today, I will have dinner and if I feel the urge to eat, I'll make myself some tea and hopefully that will curb it - otherwise I may just need to go to bed. Onward I go!!!
