What a fantastic article! We can train all we want and however we want but if we don't train ourselves to eat right its all for nothin'!
My personal favorites between cardio, interval training, and weight lifting is definately weight lifting. I like the way it leaves you wiped out and of course the muscle gain is nice. I just need to make sure I am concentrating on my form and not resting too much in between. This last month I have done interval training, lifted, and focused on diet but overall I would give myslelf a B grade because I didn't go all out with any of the three as far as consistancy.
Got to do better.
