For some people it is others who tempts them to go down that slippery food path.
For me, its me, myself and I--plain and simple.
If I want to BE a healthy living person, I need to BEhave in ways ensure I am successful. Do things like:
--plan ahead. I am human and WILL want to indulge every now and then--bank calories so I can safely do that.
--plan ahead. If I know I want to say "No thank you" I need to have my line and smile ready so I can be firm, but cordial.
--plan ahead. If I know I have a trigger food (for me it is cheese and cakey sweets) I need to keep them out when I know I cannot have them. "To thine own self be true..."
Is someone else your biggest food saboteur, or might it be you yourself? I don't know the answer to that. Only you do...
