I'd like 3 day weekends. Doesn't that seem civilized? Ah well, I also realize that working makes you appreciate the weekends all the more. My DH is semi-retired and I can tell, other than the fact that I'm free on the weekend, it all kind of blurs together for him.
So time to report in. My plan for last week was to ride my bike 4 times and do 60 minutes of yoga spread out over the week. Of course, my daily walking was expected and that I accomplished.
Biking? Went out 3 times not 4. Yoga?
Really fell down on that one, instead of 60 minutes I stretched about 25 minutes over the week. It sure was a plus when I went to a class each week but I haven't found one that I like since my instructor closed up shop for a year.
I believe that if I had totally worked my plan I would have lost a pound but since I came up a little short, so did my weight loss. I had to settle for losing 1/2 pound. But at least it's something.
