I didn't weigh myself last weekso this morning I got on the scale not expecting much movement - my back is bothering me so I didn't get in a lot of fitness last week. But SURPRISE! I am down 3 more pounds. So in 3 weeks I have lost 5 pounds. Would I like it to be more? Sure - but I know that I am making healthy lifestyle changes tht will help me lose the weight and keep it off. I will just keep up with the turtle attitude - slow and steady wins the race! It's a happy monday so far!
