Today is a day off from work. I will be planning my workouts for the week. This is really the only thing that keeps me accountable. The plan needs to be written out, not just in my head. It is too easy to dismiss if I don't write it down. I bought myself an easy to use "weight calendar journal and planner". The name says it all. I've only used it a bit this first month of the year. I will begin using it more. Starting today!
