I am 44lbs down.
That feels fantastic. I'm still losing and I still have a lot to lose... at least 61lbs still. It's getting close to the 50lbs mark though!
I've been slacking on working out. I've been lazy, I admit. For some reason I'm just soooo blah lately. Probably because I enjoy being lazy and I've been so so busy lately. It feels good to be busy though. Especially after so many months of just parenting and household duties. Yep, it's good to get out of the house.
I'm going to be looking into some fiber supplements. I've tried to increase my fiber, and I have.. but it's still not surpassing 18 grams a day. it's not enough. My digestive system is extremely sluggish anyway... and it seems like the fiber *might* have made it worse. I don't know, I'm new at this stuff! lol. I've also had a steady intake of water since November. I've only had one or two days where I didn't get 8 glasses.
Anyway... I'm making a point to work out today. (I find that when I blog it makes me want to work out. interesting.) I'm ready to get a gym membership! It's much too cold, and frankly dangerous to jog outside. It's freezing and icy and just not a fun environment. The gym will be my mommy time.. and I can't wait to be one of those annoying people on facebook bragging about the gym.
This weeks schedule is as follows. School, school, lunch, school and work. Sandwich kids and husband in the mix along with a few hour long phone calls with church on Sunday and voila! My hectic week! lol.
