I don't know if I trust my Scale right now!

Hello Everyone,
So I weighed myself this morning and the 1st time I stepped on the scale it said 296.8 and I was like Whoa that can't be right! Rather than say Congrats to myself I am in disbelief that I just loss 12.4 lbs since last week that just can't be right! So I step on the scale again and this time the number is different again and I do this about 4 times in a row 2 times its even lower saying 289 and I'm like no way and than it say 311 and I'm like hmm can't be that either because I didn't cheat at all so I'm thinking maybe my Scale is dying on me and maybe I should get a new one! I don't know someone else says that you should always go by the first time you weigh yourself so if that's true than I have lost 12.4 lbs since last week! On top of that I did my measurements and they all stayed the same but my Waist and Middle Stomach went up! Again I have not cheated I'm Eating Healthy, Working Out Everyday, and Drinking 64 oz of Water Everyday so I don't know what's going on!

So as you can see I lost weight but went up in some of my measurements! I'm soo confused right now! I really can't explain it I haven't cheated I'm only Eating Healthy and Exercising Everyday but still these numbers are bothering me! Well I just want to share this with all of you and if you have any advice or anything you like to say I'd appreciate it

    I have a 15 pound weight I use to check my scale because the fluctuations drive me crazy. emoticon

    Hmmm ... good idea to be skeptical about your scale! I always think they are liars anyways! emoticon And as far as your waist and middle measurements, I don't know about you but my mid body area is pretty flexible depending on what I've eaten. Even good nutritional food like broccoli can bring on a bloat in the abdominal area. Focusing on the RIGHT and GREAT things you have been doing for yourself, for your journey is the BEST way to continue to move forward! Don't let little things distract you from your victory! You can do this --- you already are doing it!

    Yikes! That is very confusing. Maybe you should get a new scale for the weight portion. But why did your measurements go up? We need to solve this mystery!
