Wishing is not working

The weekend was pretty uneventful. I got caught up on some of my chores and had two delicious kitty naps. To me, that's the most important thing to accomplish. A snuggle with my buddy. I also held my 80 lb pocket puppies, twice each. They are such big babies but I'm glad they love me!

I have my goals in place and I'm determined to hit my mark. If I'm so all fired up then why am I moving forward in mediocrity? Sort of trying is not what I had in mind. Sigh

emoticon Walk 30 min/day - was a hermit but did do my house cleaning; lots of stairs

emoticon Walk 30 min/day - twenty min. puppy walk so almost.

I'm still working on the mediocrity. Not conducive to success.

    Ambitious goals. Realize you are achieving a lot even when you strive to those goals. Only so many hours in a day. emoticon

    Don't be too hard on yourself sweetie, because your inner brat will rebel and win a few battles and you don't want that.

For your cardio work out, make an appointment with yourself just as if it was a doctor's or dentist's appointment. You wouldn't skip it right?
