So with the snow on Friday night I decided to rent some movies, start a fire and let the kids camp out in the living room. I got up Saturday and made homemade chicken Pie or what some know has chicken and dumplings except with flat noodles. I got up Saturday and did the treadmill and wii dance then on Sunday I did zumba. But on the down side while I worked out over 2 hours this weekend I did not do so great on my diet. What I cooked was fine it was the late night snacking that did me in. I wasn't hungry it was just a bored habit I guess. But on the up side where I have been working out so much I had to increase my calorie range so I did not do as bad as I thought. I work out about 5 to 6 hours a week so I needed to eat more than 1200 calories a day. Not sure if I will see results now or not but we will see.
On the up side, while I did not eat so well this weekend I did notice some toning when I went to put on my yoga capris and tank shirt this morning. So that is a plus. I am also so good during the week my downside has always been my weekends. Hopefully I will be able to concur that as well then there will be no stopping the skinny girl within. ha ha
The kids had fun this weekend. We had a snowball fight on Saturday and then commenced building a table top snowman. We only got 2 inches of snow so not enough to build a large one. So I guess I did engage the kids in a little workout when I was plowing snowballs at them. ha ha!
So far today I have had a greek yogurt and I will have an apple in an hour or so. I did get 2 toning videos in this morning and 20 minutes on the bike. I am hoping to get another 30 minutes segment in tonight, after dinner, homework with the kids and laundry. Does folding 4 loads of laundry count. ha ha Because I have been washing it all weekend but had not folding it yet. giggle. Maybe I will march while standing their folding.
