making changes is always hard, sticking to those changes long term? nearly impossible for me. i don't like change, but i need to make some in order to improve my health. i don't want to lose weight for vanity purposes. i know i will NEVER look like a model on TV or movies. however, i can look my best by getting these extra 30+ lbs off. I will feel better, less winded, more energy. so, i have been struggling to find the small change i can make daily to lose weight, but not give up. is it going to be the same small change EVERY day? probably not. i am not that focused. is it a change that i want to make that, given enough times doing it, i will stick to it in the long run? maybe. i guess i am just wierd and figure if i make any small change that is healthy and over the course of my life do that change often enough, that should count. this is a difficult battle for me, since i don't like to change, that i have to cut myself some slack on. when i make a healthy change, even if it's just for that day or moment, it IS a move in the right direction.
