Day Twenty-Five to Day Twenty-Eight (01/25/13-01/28/13)

Well definitely slacked on recording food this week, but did get some exercise in. So exausted and trying to kick these blues, because I know its affecting my weight.

Well weigh in is tomorrow - 4th week hopefully with be great!!

    Acyclingmind - I do believe I did well considering. If I put them in there right now I would probably be ok, maybe a little over 1 day, but otherwise I usually behave on the weekends.

    Not tracking is frustrating but those days are sometimes a test to see if we can stay inside our range without the crutch of a calorie counter. Do you feel like you ate well this past week? Enjoy your weigh in! :P
