Well my "bad" streak continued thru the weekend but the good news if any is I tracked it so I am seeing for the first time how much it cost me in calories to behave this way. I am an emotional eater, almost always at night, last week has some issues and I went back to my old ways of dealing with it. I am going to change this. I guess the good news also is I shoveled my driveway and that was a work out.

    I'm also an emotional eater and night time binger, but since I switched to eating low glycemic that has changed. I feel much better tooooo....Hope you can find some relief on our team :)

    Just try making one small change a month--like, from now on I am having a piece of fruit with my breakfast...that doesn't make radical changes in your weight but the changes are permanent and your health improves. Its a lot easier to stick with slow changes than sudden ones, too.
