Woke up energized. Slept well. Showed a loss on the sc ale - total for January so far is 4 pounds. I have been excited all week because the first WHOLE WEEK I have not bounced up and down and all around. My high for the entire week was 300 and I basically stayed below it for between 3 and 6 lbs all week EVEN at night. This may not seem like a HUGE loss since it just averages out to ONE pou nd per week this month, but what I am really celebrating is the CONSISTENCY of staying BELOW 300.

At 5:15 call to announce a 2-hour delay and at 7:15 to announce sch ool is CLOSED for the day due to ice, freezing rain, and dangerous driving conditions. I don't have to go anywhere, it is supposed to warm up to the 60s by Wednesday so it might just be the BEST of all worlds over the course of the week.

I have huddled, posted, commented, read articles, tracked my food, eaten a hea lthy brea kfast and it is not even 9:00 a.m. Like I said, WHO COULD ASK FOR ANYTHING MORE??

I am rocking and rolling and turning on some music to dance - my knees also do not HURT and I did not need my p ain pi lls for the past two days. Icing on the cake, doncha know? I feel FABULOUS!!!
