So I think it's kinda funny how when you start to really change your eating habits your taste buds changes. For example I used to absolutely hate bananas and apples, now I love them, same with spinach.
It also means that foods I used to love, I don't really care for anymore. For example I used to love a heaping bowl of vanilla ice cream, with a brownie, hot fudge and heath topping. I had a bowl yesterday and the vanilla ice cream by itself tasted soo amazing I started to regret the fudge and heath topping I had put on. I also used to love campbell's cream of mushroom soup.. well now it just doesn't taste as good as I remember.
What my body is trying to tell me is that the bananas and apples are sooo much better for me than the other stuff. I'm even starting to crave the healthy food again. Mind you this is a very lucrative process because if I started eathing more junk than healthy stuff my taste buds would change back.
