portion control

Im getting the hang of looking at food and seeing what the real portion should be. Finally its sinking in , and starting to make sense , Im paying attention to what the measurements on my plate should be. I ve even reduced from the large plate to a small salad plate. Each day is a new challenge Im up for it! I can do it!! :)

    Yes, you CAN DO IT!! Small changes make HUGE differences. Noticing the measurements and using a smaller plate will not even be noticed by most people around you and they won't feel uncomfortable around a DIE TER because you are NOT DIE Ting. You sound really upbeat and enthusiastic. Keep on learning and feeling good about your progress.
