Its almost the end of January, and time for me to re-evaluate my life, and the direction it is heading in.
I started the BLC21 with lots of hopes and expectations. A New Team, A New Year.......and where am I at the moment........right back at the beginning.
So, on Saturday evening, I pulled out my Shape Diet, and stated writing out meal plans. So far, I have planned two days.
I am also using Leslie Sansoms "Walk Away The Pound" book......and yes, I actually went for a walk, for the first time in a while........and it felt good.
Now to go back and continue with my 100 Days to Weight Loss challenge.
