DAY 28 of 2013 - Its A New Week

Its almost the end of January, and time for me to re-evaluate my life, and the direction it is heading in.

I started the BLC21 with lots of hopes and expectations. A New Team, A New Year.......and where am I at the moment........right back at the beginning. emoticon

So, on Saturday evening, I pulled out my Shape Diet, and stated writing out meal plans. So far, I have planned two days.
I am also using Leslie Sansoms "Walk Away The Pound" book......and yes, I actually went for a walk, for the first time in a while........and it felt good.

Now to go back and continue with my 100 Days to Weight Loss challenge.

    oh yes bonny, I love to walk and maybe you could jsut commit to 10 minutes a day to start???

    Hi Bonny - Sweetie, the new year is still new and fresh and we are still just heading into the round so do not despair. Today is the first day of your recommitment and do you know how many of us recommit and how often? I've lost track! This is a lifestyle and life's journey dear friend and you are in it fully with the support of your Azuritas and spark friends who are always going to be here for you. That's the beauty (and occasionally the downfall)!

I am a walker as well and the 10,000 steps a day challenge wearing the fitbit has really helped keep me honest with myself. Others don't commit to that many steps. Since the heat there is so bad, are you at all interested in water aerobics or water walking? I think I'll hang out here for a bit if you don't mind; so lovely. I think I see a sea turtle.... emoticon

    Its just getting myself up in the morning, that I need to discipline myself with....otherwise, I am fortunate enough to live near the ocean.
