Sensible

Monday, January 28, 2013

I was watching TV the other day. Saw all the diet commercials. The one that really gets me is the stuff called sensa. So I looked it up and found out it is expensive and what happens when you lose the weight? DO you still keep buying it to to lose and maintan your weigh?. Lose 30 pounds in 6months. Thats like almost two pounds a week. Would it be simple just to keep your money in your pocket and eat sensible and learn to change your lifestyle to eat betterand lose the same amount weekly ? That my idea of sensa(sensible)

LOL I tried Sensa (no judgement please!) I tried it when they offered the first month free - and I thought.... If I lose any weight without doing anything else - I'll be more serious about this - but it did nothing. In my eyes it's just a placebo thing - something to make people more conscious of WHAT they are eating (I mean who sprinkles it on cake???) LOL YOu are SO right that it is by far easier to just adopt a better lifestyle and save your $$~

Yes, it would be more sensible but it would not make BIG BUCKS for those who feed off our desperate desires and most hopeful dreams of getting the elusive reward of a PERFECT BODY WITH NO NEED TO MOVE MORE OR EAT LESS. Anything that sounds too good to be true probably isn't TRUE. We know better and I KNOW you will do much better - both getting rid of the excess and ALSO KEEPING it off - than the LOSERS who buy their snake oil sprinkles.
