I have never been a runner. In High School I dreaded running in gym. Would get out of breath, knees would hurt, shins would hurt. So I would walk. That I love. Lately, to step it up a bit, I have started to jog for a couple of minutes during my walk with the dogs. Just short distances, Maybe 3 driveways away kind of stuff. This morning I did 20 seconds fast walking, 40 seconds jogging and just kept rotating this for the whole walk/run. It felt great. Got a bit tired and toward the end I was really huffing and puffing but knowing that I can do that was great. The dogs seemed to get into the rythmn too.
Made Spark recipes ground turkey burrito bake last night. My husband said he has found his new favorite food.
