My indulgent eating that kept me from losing pounds, but my exercise diligence has made a difference in my shape. I can see that my waist has gotten smaller and my arms and legs are showing some muscle tone.
Yesterday was a day of no snacking. Not sure how I managed that...by keeping busy, I guess. I did an hour of cardio at the gym and later went to a hot-yoga class in Fun College Town with the Domestic Partner.
