Last week:
1 - 20 minutes of cardio each night I hit the gym.
2 - 6 fruits/veggies each day.
3 - Eat breakfast everyday.
4 - Celebrate a victory everyday. (NOT scale related)
5 - Read 1-2 books this week.
How I Did:
1 - Nailed it!
2 - 3/7 days. Not great.
3 - I think I did 4 or 5 days last week. Not bad for me.
4 - Yup!
5 - Nailed it.
This Week:

6 - Do something with all of my clothes.
I think a repeat of last week is in order with one addition. We recently got ALL of our laundry caught up. It's a great thing except not everything of mine is fitting into my dressers/closet. I have piles of clothes everywhere it seems. I know I need to sort through because I have a bunch of stuff that doesn't fit anymore. I want to try to work on this a day or two this week. Seeing as I wear scrubs to work everyday and the same 4 or 5 outfits beyond that, it shouldn't be THAT hard. Yeah right.
