Making Progress

I am making progress. It's slow progress, but it's still progress!!
My boyfriend bought me a shiny new scale last night, so I can see exactly how much I weigh and how much I loose, instead of just having to guess at it.
So far I've lost 3 pounds!! I'm so happy about that!!
I've also lost an inch from my waist and an inch from my hips. And I've lost a half an inch from my thighs and my upper arms.
I know this isn't much, but it's less than what I started with. And I am a huge believer in baby steps. So I am so happy with the baby steps I've taken so far to get here. Now I just have to keep taking my baby steps to get where I ultimately want to get to.
