A Month of Maint... Wait, What?

Monday, January 28, 2013

I was hoping to write about my month of maintaining my goal weight, but its been a long and overwhelming day.
Winning a Featured Blog Post award drives crazy traffic through your SparkPage.
I was a bit embarrassed and completely humbled by the experience.
The boyfriend suggested I stop blogging (to avoid it from happening again).
I blog for myself though, no offense to anyone who reads my blogs regularly.
I don't really blog thinking I have an audience.

With so many thank you goodies to give, I almost didn't report my weight.
Although I'm in maintenance I weigh in weekly and record it on SparkPeople.
This morning I hopped on the scale, still half asleep and in my pajamas.
I usually weigh in wearing a bit less clothing, but I was cold and wanted to continue sleeping.
Oh no!
Down 3 lbs??!
I may have slept too much this week.
Which means I may be losing muscle emoticon
I like having a little muscle.

Good thing February is coming at the end of the week, so I can finally start my 2013 emoticon

Enjoy the last few days of January!

Congratulations on winning the featured blog award! Keep blogging for yourself if you like it and we'll just read along for the ride. You never know who you might influence or how. Don't worry about answering every single person who comments personally. Sometimes a general blog post thanking others works too.

Have a great day,

You got more shock value this week than I did with the motivator thing I ended up with...the attention is overwhelming, I agree!

Who knows who you helped though. Your blogs are well written, easy to relate to and written with heart. Glad you are not going to stop blogging!

Looking forward to seeing how your February goes. It has to be better than January in many ways!

I've lost quite a bit since I started maintenance.

I'm now trying to gain back about 5 lbs since my workouts are getting more intense.
