New Week, continuing Goals

I ordered a fitbit and am so eager to get it, set it and find out what it thinks of my workouts and activity level. Specifically, will it agree that I'm working hard on that elliptical trainer, treadmill, with those weights, those staircases, hula hoop and jump rope? I hope it will help me work out better to reach my goals...smaller, stronger, more energy and better endurance. Time will tell. Have a great week everyone! We can do this!
