I made breakfast for church this morning. I was so full, that when I got home I was more tired than hungry, so I laid down and took a 2 hour nap. When I got up my daughter and grandson were here -- she had brought him for a sleepover. I had a nice conversation with her before she left. I played with my grandson for a little before I laid him down for his nap.
While he was napping I walked on the treadmill for 45 min.
My son brought over his daughters @7:00. We played for awhile, read some stories, then I tucked them into bed. I will have all of them until tomorrow night.

2) Exercise at least 10 minutes.
3) Eat at least 3 freggies a day
