This was not the best weekend in terms of exercise and food-had a family event on Saturday and was very limited in what I can eat and drink.
Saturday-(if i can remember it all)
a kaishi bar
a small sub sandwich that had some mix of cold cuts on it
carrots and cucumbers
2 fruit kebabs
small piece of cake
steak tips and asparagus

oikos strawberry greek yogurt
some chicken cold cuts (lost track but I think 3 or 4 slices)
turkey jerky
3 fruit kebabs
3 dark chocolate squares
pork chop
mashed potatoes
apple sauce

I have been doing squats every night approx 40-50
also got my period (tmi) so I've been exhausted and ravenous
I'll have to wait and see next week what my weight ends up being.

    You may have struggled this weekend, but you are maintaining accountability and looking at what happened so you can change it in the future. Way to go!
