A New Week

Since it is Sunday I decide to start tracking my weight today so it stays in sync with SP. I'm down a pound which is better than nothing. I also updated my fitness goal because starting today I will be doing 45 minutes of exercise. 30 minutes with the Wii and 15 with the elliptical. I'm hoping to get up to an hour on the elliptical. Slowly but surely I guess.
SP changed my calorie range since my exercise time increased. I'm finding it hard to eat the amount of calories required. I was successful today but managed to stay on the low end. I guess that's a good thing.
Here's hoping for a good day tomorrow. Until then keep on sparking.
