Day 1

It was a good first day of my diet! emoticon I stuck to my meal plan and I didn't even need any candy to suppress any cravings. I found today that rather than eating candy, I can just drink water. I had my water bottle with me all day today and I drank 8 cups of water just like I was supposed to. I even took the stairs instead of the elevator. I'm really feeling good about this new diet. emoticon

I start classes tomorrow at which may or may not change things. I don't really know how my class schedule and possibly a part-time job will affect this diet but I think things will be okay. The only thing that would be affected is my time to exercise. I still haven't really figured out how to fit that into my schedule yet but hopefully I can find time to work out.

Tomorrow's a busy first day, especially with all the paperwork that still has to be done but hopefully I'll be able to fit in a little 15 minute workout or something. If not, I'll just take the long way to class instead of the shortcut I guess.
