I told myself that when I lost 40 pounds I would buy a pair of running shoes. This weekend I happened to be shopping at the outlets in NH and couldn't pass up this great deal on sneakers. So when I weighed myself this morning, I was thrilled with a two pound loss but kind of disappointed because I didn't hit the 40 mark. So my goal this week is to lose at least one pound....more are always welcomed, but just one will do. That way I can check it off my getting healthy bucket list, and move onto the next item, which happens to be....start running!
I can't wait to put on my sneakers next Monday morning and go out for a run, well maybe ill start off with a brisk walk
